Times are tough, and if you've recently lost your job, and are scrambling to find a new position, you definitely know how competitive the job market is. One of the biggest problems you're facing is that this economic slump has resulted in many layoffs at a time when companies are tightening their belts and freezing open positions.

The result is that there is a deep pool of highly talented applicants for a shallow job market.

Well, we can help you. The Career Success Circle Program is a team-coached, group-supported, three-month process designed to dramatically improve your job search skills and position you to effectively compete in this difficult job market. This program is specifically geared for you if you recently lost your job, your outplacement has run out, or you have been battling the job market for a while with limited success.

We'll be starting our job search discovery program on January 14, 2009. This is a supportive group process that will hold you accountable and ensure that you take action every week to help you reach your goals. • You have recently been laid off and your outplacement is running out.
• You have been out of work for a while, and despite all your marketing efforts and interviewing you are not landing a job.
• You are willing to be committed to the group program and do the work that is required each week.
• You are ready to take the initiative and willing to take the risks involved to step out of your comfort zone to find a fulfilling role.

• Develop the skills required to job search in today's competitive landscape.
• Build momentum quickly toward landing a job!
• Make tangible progress toward your goal of getting a job.
• Be part of a supportive group that can help you see your barriers to success and encourage you as you take steps forward.
• Be held accountable by the collective wisdom of a group and two seasoned coaches.

The group will be co-led by two of Boston's most accomplished coaches:

During the group sessions we will help you stay engaged in your search, remain positive and focused, provide ongoing support, new ideas, maximize your resources, and hold you accountable. This group-coaching process will continue to build on what you know and have received from outplacement, DET, etc. We will not teach topics but rather revisit areas already covered, and take you to the next level, eliminate your frustrations, and introduce new tactics.

• Six group coaching sessions, to be held at our HQ office center in Framingham. The group sessions will be held on Wednesdays from 2:00-3:30 p.m., for a total of three hours of coaching monthly.
• There will be a maximum of 10-14 participants, ensuring you get the complete attention and support you need.
• A job-search buddy coach will be assigned for you to work with between sessions.
• One 45-minute individualized coaching session with either Randi or Monica.

Fee: $299/monthly (minimum three-month commitment)

50 percent deposit of total program required to secure your seat

Remaining 50 percent due the first week of class

$275/month for early-bird registration, if your deposit is received by December 23rd
