In this phase, we値l develop a highly personalized career marketing plan that leverages what you have learned in the self-discovery and exploration stages; we値l define the most optimal or successful strategy for attaining your new job, career, or entrepreneurial venture.
Step Four: Action plan and goal setting
In this phase, we値l set realistic goals to help you make your career transition or to find a new role and then keep you on track. This is where we値l work together to craft the tools you need for your search-stellar resumes, cover letters, networking and interviewing strategies that produce wining results.
When you hit roadblocks and difficult moments that can sidetrack you, we値l work together to discover why and help you move through these. We値l keep you advancing forward and make sure you get where you want to go.

My own career transition started when I realized that I've spent the last 35 years of my life wanting to be a writer, but somehow never made it happen. I knew I would need help in transitioning from my former career in health care management, but I wasn't sure what kind of help. A friend recommended working with Randi, so I called her up and was both relieved and thrilled to hear that I could in fact create my next career.
