Associate Director Redirected to Dream Job
Randi helped me create a focus for what was next in my career path. We did this through a series of exercises that helped me better realize the skills and talents that I possess and how to strategically leverage them in the right arenas. Because my experiences were in both the corporate and nonprofit arenas, I wasn’t sure which direction I wanted to go in. Her assessments and coaching helped me realize that my heart and talents were better suited for nonprofit work.
