Workshop Description: Personal Branding Introduction and Unearthing Your Personal Brand
Target Audience:
- Job seekers looking to differentiate themselves in today's competitive hiring landscape.
- Career changers seeking clarity on what makes them unique, compelling and relevant for their newly defined target career and those individuals who will be making decisions about them in this new field.
- Solopreneurs, consultants and small business owners seeking to increase their revenues and customer base through targeted marketing and personal branding.
Workshop Content:
- Introduction
- Brief overview of what Personal Branding is and what the benefits are of a strong Personal Brand.
- Extract Phase
- The Extract Phase is the first of three phases in the Reach 1-2-3 Success ™ program. In this first phase, you will unearth your unique promise of value-your brand. Because successful brands are based in authenticity, this workshop will help you discover many things about yourself (or your business) and what differentiates you from your peers. In this workshop, we will cover the following:
- Your goals
- Your vision and purpose
- Your values and passions
- Your strengths/motivated Skills
- Your professional reputation-what others think of you
- Your competitive differentiation
- Your target audience (internal and external clients and other constituents who may influence your target audience)
- Your brand community
- Review of your Reach360 Personal brand Assessment (you will take this before the workshop and come to the workshop with your 20-page individualized report)
- Start crafting your Personal Brand Statement
- The Extract Phase is the first of three phases in the Reach 1-2-3 Success ™ program. In this first phase, you will unearth your unique promise of value-your brand. In this workshop, we will cover the following:
At the end of the workshop, we will summarize what we have covered, answer questions and briefly introduce the last two phases in the process (Express and Exude). We will then make a list of action steps to implement the Personal Branding Process.

$199 for the half-day workshop. This price includes:
- Participation in a 3.5 hour workshop
- Personal Branding Workbook
- Turn Your Goals in Gold Workbook
- Reach360 Personal Branding Assessment Premium Version, which includes a full 20-page customized report, data analysis and summary of data by category of respondent. (These options are not available with the free 15 day public version of the assessment)
$299 for the half day workshop and one hour of individualized coaching following the workshop to review any of the exercises or topics covered in the workshop. This price includes:
- Participation in a 3.5 hour workshop
- Personal Branding Workbook
- Turn Your Goals in Gold Workbook
