Getting the Job I Always Wanted
My own career transition started when I realized that I've spent the last 35 years of my life wanting to be a writer, but somehow never made it happen. I knew I would need help in transitioning from my former career in health care management, but I wasn't sure what kind of help. A friend recommended working with Randi, so I called her up and was both relieved and thrilled to hear that I could in fact create my next career. Randi became my steadfast thought partner and helped me create real goals that moved me closer to leaving my former job and striking out on my own.
