I recently blogged about nursing as a potential career options for those looking to reinvent their careers. Another field that is in desperate need of new talent is science teachers. Over the next decade, schools will need close to 200,000 or more new teachers in science or math. They are needed due to retirement, overcrowded classrooms or people teaching out of their field.

 

The Knowles Science teaching Foundation offers fellowships for teachers in these fields.
