From climbing the corporate ladder to reinventing a career in higher education to founding two companies, Randi Bussin has “been there, done that” several times over. She understands the fears, thrills and obstacles that come with making meaningful career change and stepping into the unknown, outside of one’s comfort zone.
Fiercely curious, Randi works with her clients to get to the core of what makes them tick, what excites them and what career possibilities might lie ahead. Key to her approach is strategic collaboration and her innovative “change made simple” process that empowers her clients to challenge the status quo, explore new horizons and shape their future.
She holds an MBA from one of the world’s top international business schools, INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France, with concentrations in Organizational Behavior and Entrepreneurship. Randi is also a Certified Master Personal Brand Strategist (MPBS) trained by William Arruda (one of fewer than 20 in the world) and a Certified Career Management Coach (CCMC). In addition, Randi has earned multiple certifications in personal branding, career counseling, and job search strategies.
Randi is also a sought-after speaker, writer, and commentator, having appeared on local and national television and radio stations. She also is a frequent lecturer at local Boston business schools on career reinvention, personal branding, and entrepreneurship.
When not in the office, you’ll find Randi having fun with her daughter Jacqui, tending to her bonsai plants, hiking the mountains of New England or practicing yoga.
